So I ordered an in-stock turbocharger on Wednesday. Was informed be delivered on Friday. Well Friday comes I check on my order no tracking number it's still pending not even processed. Now, mind you this is for a customers car. Already told them it'll be done Saturday for sure. So I spend over an hour on hold to talk to customer service. Extremely difficult ordering process, Customer service difficult to reach and via mail no real help apart of saying its not possible. No solutions provided.
First time tried to order it kept saying the cart was empty even though the item showed in the cart. Had to go back through the ordering process again before it would work.
I asked to receive notice when these were in stock and didn't receive one. I happened to be on the site and found them.
I didn’t see how to edit my information including shipping information
I bought a rack from them on May 10 with serious reservations, based on internet research. But I wound up talking myself into it because this company had some mixed reviews and racks are their flagship product I thought I'd give it a shot. Bad idea. The next morning after I ordered the part, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel the order before it shipped. Hmm... no way to cancel it on the website or in the email generated in my order. Just placed first order so I’ll know once it’s received
Stay away. This company is full of crap. I paid $318 for a part that I could have paid $210 for because they assured me 100% that I would have it on Friday the other part would be here for $100 less on Monday. I got a mechanic to come to my house on Friday and the part never came. Had to pay him a cancelation fee. After receiving the part on Monday I called only to be on hold for 1 hour 22 minutes.
