Ordered parts. 1 out of 5 shipped. After several phone calls & hours online waiting to get served , agreed to ship again. After 3 times we finally got parts 1 1/2 months later. . Part was defective. Used this site two years ago to purchase a compressor. Purchasing another one.
just not what i expected- first time ordering part as my friend spoke so highly of this place. But they lack customer service.
This is my first time ordering from your company, but so far, I like it.
I clicked on an item and the price was $239. Add it to cart and keeps coming up at $251. What the heck?
Shipping said 17$ then changed to 24 after I put my credit card info in
Your customer service person in the chat was not polite and never transferred me to sales as she promised. Her name was Katrina.
I order rotor and Pads for my Truck and made a mistake, reorder.
