"I bought these COMPLETE SET NEW FRONT & REAR LEFT & RIGHT STRUT SHOCK COIL SPRING ASSEMBLY back in August and since I have them I never felt comfortable in my car and I just noticed that they all have the same crack down from the top and they don't work at all even I ended up changing my tires few times because of that even my mechanic told me they where not good from week one and I know their is a 12 Month Parts Warranty but I never get a response "

"At the time of purchase, BuyAutoParts.com has the best deal for the parts I needed. The shipping took a few days longer than I expected, but the parts fit. The quality of parts seemed okay, but fast forward a month or two and the parts didn't last. "I send the fuel injectors back March 5th 2017. It is now the 28th of March I've been on the phone 5 times waiting 40 minutes each time to inquire about my return. They keep passing me from person to person. And now they say it has to go through their accounting department what a joke. I guess some people have to make money somehow. "I ordered a Audi turbocharger TWICE from Buy Auto parts - one November last year - wrong part. And again January 13 this year - guess what? WRONG PART. To date I have not been credited for either part returned and I was told by Greg on 2 March 2017 that there is a new system and there is a backlog. Poor customer service and I am completely dissatisfied and he indicated that I would not receive a full refund as there is a fee to return - yet this company says they stand by there parts. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!"
