The webpage is horrible. I had to toggle back and forth from desktop version to mobile and back. Went to live chat sat there for 10mins. No one came. The parts prices seem to be the only thing I like so far. But we'll see the quality of the struts I ordered.
I purchased a turbo. Thru AutoZone. Auto zone got the turbo thru buy auto parts. Com. Less then 30 days turbo takes a a ****. They will not step up and cover any labor. To replace the bad turbo. So I am stuck paying kenworth 600 bux. To swap the turbo AGAIN. NOT HAPPY. Never going to do business with them again. Will make sure to tell all my friends in the towing industry, to steer away from BUYAUTOPARTS.COM
Can't understand why I can't purchase an extended warranty on a new replacement part?
THE BEST price online, it is the same price the repair shop would have payed, I seen it, then they charged another 250 for labor...I GOT THIS...

Quality parts with limited availability. Customer service isn't great. Too many snags in my efforts to spend my money. Free shipping with $99 purchase means you may have to purchase more than you'd like or need. Minimum shipping fee is $21 for ground service, which for most folks means you'll buy elsewhere if your shopping for items such as spark plugs or brake pads.
