Ordered a part .I asked them to verify. They told me it was correct and it matched there description, It wasn't the correct one and didn't match the description. I called and they said they would next day air ,Saturday delivery,the correct part. It never showed up. So when I called on Monday they said it didn't ship because they were waiting for the correct one and it would be here Tuesday, Didn't happen. Called customer service and verified this is a legit company with actual people from the USA answering questions. I actually saved more by calling and double checking the part. I'll be back for future automotive purchases. Thanks guys!

I had a chat over the phone with one of the sales person - a male; These are few bad experiences: 1) Repeating the same answer, for a different question, with the tone of condescension. 2) Using jargon like OEM, knowing fully that the customer did not have the background knowledge as he did, from the conversation. 3) put the call on hold with a viable excuse, then left the call unattended for many minutes.
