"My daughter purchased for her 01 Chevy Cavilier and a month after the clutch became very loud. While away at school unable to locate receipt then while I found the receipt but for a month can't get in contact with anyone. Sitting on the phone for hours and emails unanswered. Lesson learned pay more use a good company."

Chat takes for ever to answer and when they answer, then the agent disappears for minutes at a time...and never mind the customer service 800 number...music, that's all you will get."
"Ordered and installed new fuel pump. Lasted 1 week, 45 minutes on hold for customer service. Finally sent "better quality" pump. Did not function right out of box, another 45 minutes on hold. Requested my money back and return pump. They denied my request and said I could have another pump, but no refund. Purchased another pump from different source, works fine. Cheap inferior parts, little customer service. Will never purchase anything from them ever again."
"Don't deal with this company!! They sent me a defective part and I called in Monday 7/30 at 8am to order a replacement. I was promised that the replacement would be processed and sent out that day and be here by Thursday 8/2 but the order was not processed until 6pm the following day and did not even ship until Wednesday. I tried the chat and was told too bad. I was left on hold for over an hour with customer service!! Absolutely Horrible!!"

"I was looking for a car part months ago and couldn't find quite what I was looking for. Since, I've received almost daily solicitation emails from these folks after unsubscribing my email address several times over the course of several months. I just had to spend 30 minutes of my time on hold and the same in their online chat JUST TO HAVE MY EMAIL REMOVED. I would never purchase here, the frustration if anything went wrong would NOT be worth saving a couple of dollars. My two cents"
"Bought an AC replacement kit for my 2004 Audi A4. Had it installed and it had trouble functioning from day one. After several trips to two different shops, the part was diagnosed with an open circuit and fitment issues (even though they promise 100% guaranteed fit).
