Ordered 4 parts, upper and lower control arms for both sides. Only received 2 lowers they wanted me to order and pay again for the upper arms. Said catalog is incorrect!!! It’s their catalog should back what they have posted!! Returning the part after 3 hrs on hold and finding out how poor this business is! Buyer beware!!!

they send me the wrong part twice! called customer service and the guy there, Fred, was rude and absolutely useless. in their catalog they show the correct part but sent me a different one. NEVER AGAIN!! needless to say: I still don't have the spare part i need. just ordered it at AMAZONE. cheaper there and hopefully the correct part.
I needed to find out the warranty for a specific steering part, the Standard Warranty to be specific. first I was told it was 3 years, then directed to the Warranty page. Upon reading it the steering parts section only states other information excluding what will void your warranty . At the beginning paragraph it just says 1 year and in some cases it might be more for free. Not to clear.
