limited parts sometimes over price with unknown quality . Send wrong parts and not return money . Store credit w'll be erase after 1 year. Easy get parts from local store like Advance Auto part or other.

Tax is too much especially for 2 day shipping.. they asking $135 for shipping.. like wtf
ordered a reconditioned steering gear , requires to remove the engine cradle to install, installed by a Ford dealer by lic professional , internal steering control modul is bad , they had sent us a old core as reconditioned and will not refund the money, will only send a new so called reconditioned part and I would have to pay again the labor! poor customer service, long times on the phone on hold, they don't check there parts or cover labor for there own mistake would not recommend this company for any parts, and good luck ... read more
