Their service department has the worst ability to keep customers up to date with their car status. I took my truck in a week ago for an oil change. Still there, now getting the five grand in work it suddenly needed. This is the second time in nine months that my oil change turns into thousands in work. The service dept is dishonest as I took my 2015 Silverado 1500 high country in for transmission service they try to tell me I have major internal problems and it will need replacing and the price is 6700$ so I take it to AAMCO where they change the fluid and the filter and inform me that the trans is perfectly fine they saw no issues at all

Bought our truck less then a year ago (which was a great experience) from here and today was my second time getting it serviced and both times I HAD an appt and have waited over 2 1/2-3 hours!! And this time I told them not to wash it so I could be done earlier!! NOPE!

I came here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. IT TOOK 3 HOURS!! I guess I wasn't a priority since I didn't buy my car from them, I also had the oil change under warranty.

I have been happy with the service at AV Chevy but have been trying to make an appointment and called and left a message twice. The dimmer switch on my 2017 Corvette does not work. Had a problem before with the display dimming and then bright but I think the problem was the dash cover so that is solved. Would like the dimmer switch to work! I am changing my review. Four hours for an oil change, had an appointment at 9:00am and left at 1:00pm. Will not be back for anything else!

My wife and I travelled from the Inland empire on Saturday June 9, 2018, to purchase a 2017 Suburban LT (44k miles) we came across online. All I can say about this dealership is that they fit the typical predator car sales type. My niece and her husband went in to purchase a vehicle that they could not qualify for and both them and the salesman convinced my 82 year old mother to purchase the car under the premise that she was only co-signing for the loan. My Mom has limited vision and could not see what she was signing but is very trusting what she is told.
