Customer service is terrible, I dropped off my truck for an appointment at 1030 am, I called at 3:30 and still wasn’t ready.

Honestly the "greeter" Tina needs to go, she always has an attitude towards my family everytime we've gone to them for service, my mother and I brought both our cars in for an oil change, this woman takes her time to come to us and then wanted to give us different service advisors when we had already had asked for Joey, this woman goes and tells the other woman that we're not going to be following the rules of waiting our turn and get different service techs out loud that we could hear her telling the other girl from our car... read more

Use to be my favorite Chev Dealer, until this past two weekends. Service Department is something else. Went to have an Oil change, last Saturday and have my brakes looked at on my truck since winter rain is here. Was told everything was good with brakes. They even checked it off good on inspection paperwork they gave me. Great I thought. Upon leaving there that evening. Brakes started grinding not even a few mile away. I have taken my truck there 3xs for the same problem, each time taking out the transmission, now I have transmission problems and cracked hoses. This is a 2017 Chevy Silverado and it’s a lemon. They need to buy this truck back and put me into something comparable. Also trying to reach management to help with my problem still yet to hear. We purchased a Bolt from them, but there was an issue with a recall for the Bolts. They literally had the check for the car, yet failed to update us on the recall and kept us hanging for a week. We got our money back and purchased elsewhere with zero issues. Very bad customer service sadly.

scheduled an appointment at 8am before work simply because my radio locked. they kept my car all day, while I'm trying to locate the "advisor" whose NEVER at her desk to give me any updates. due to her noncommunication, I had to end up taking the day off since I didn't know what was going on nor how long this would take. after so many attempted phone calls with no updates (by this time it's going on 5pm). 2 times in a row, a oil change took 4 hours, with an appointment. I can't remember the service reps name, but same female both times. She never gave me a update on my vehicle and I had to find her to get information. seriously thinking about not going to them again.

My personal experiences have been poor! I have a Corvette, Stingray, these cars have run flats because there is no room for a spare. I got a flat took it in to AV Chevy the service advisor put a regular tire and the tech ruined my rim. AV Chevy agreed to put a new rim. I drove my car to Salvang for a weekend came home and the rim was the original damaged one that the dealer never replaced.
