AV Chevy had my car for 2 1/2 months never offering me a rental car. They lost my part 2 times so I took my Corvette out of there. When I picked up my vet the battery was dead they had to jump it and they installed a brand new battery when I first took it in Because they said that was the problem. AV Chevy also gave me back my car with my front door not working and filthy, dirty & mud all over it. DO NOT BUY OR GET SERVICE DONE HERE!!! I brought in my truck because it kept dying and first off the service advisor was not able to tell me if JUST the diagnostic would be covered by the warranty or not. I have never run into this type of situation. Diagnostics are usually covered under warranty. Just so they can tell me what’s wrong with it. Service advisor Anthony told me they had to run the diagnostic in order to see if the warranty covered the diagnostic, which makes. O sense to me. Secondly, after 2 days of not knowing... read more

Bought a 2020 colorado zr2 bison (55k truck ) from this dealership, spent over 10 hours to get through the buying process. After the fact of walking out a few days later had many, many phones calls for redoing the paperwork that they botched and was trying to talk me in to come back asap, although I live over 1.5 hours away and run my own business. Slow and unorganized. Takes 30 min for someone to bring your car out after it’s been serviced. Ridiculous. I won’t be back

Worst customer service of any Chevy dealership I've been to. Took my 2018 Corvette w/ 10k miles in, due to my dash bubbling up from the material being cut too short. We submit the claim on a Saturday Oct 26, was told they would call me Monday or Tuesday....nothing. I texted them Tuesday....nothing. I finally called them Friday andl left a message. I was told I'll get a call back that day....nothing. I called back again mid-week and even reported this all on the company's sight. Still nothing...my dash is covered under warran... read more

Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. THEY DAMAGED MY CAMARO BECAUSE I CAUGHT THEM TRYING TO PRICE GOUGE ME. Deliberate damage done to my car and they wont even take responsibility for what they did when the Assistant manager clearly said it happened there. Seriously considering a class action lawsuit against the service department.

My car buying experience was great! Except the fact that they never did offer me gap insurance for my brand new car. I had noticed that my car had a paint blemish and the salesmen and manager both said they would get it fixed for me. I tried to contact the salesmen through his direct line and through the dealership and have yet to hear anything from him. Nor will the managers ever take my phone call. I bought my car on August 10th-and the salesmen said I would hear from him within two weeks. Service manager has contacted me ... read more

Repair services department is horrible!!! Trying to speak with the general manager is impossible and no one ever returns calls. Biggest regret purchasing a car from them!!
