I made an on line appt. They didn't have it on their sheet. They were aware the web site appt doesn't work. I got there at 8:30 am. It took 9 hours to repair the My Link computer in my Camero, I wasnt offered a ride until I had sat there 6 hours. No one came to update me on my car. I had to look for them 2xs I was told it was a short in the dash and the car would be ready by 5 or 5:30 pm. I got a call at 5:10 pm them telling me their mechanic removed my windshield on my white camero, he was supposed to remove the one on a g... read more

I took my vehicle in to have the transmission repaired under warranty. Got the vehicle back and it wasn't fix. The transmission stalled between first and second gear. Took it back to have them repair their work. They couldn't replicate the problem. They were finally able to replicate the problem. After two weeks got the vehicle back. Same problem. Nothing was fixed. GM makes horrible vehicles. Never again will I buy a GM vehicle or go to AV Chevy. Their dealership is awful and the staff just gives you the run-around.

very unpleased with the timeliness and lack of organization and accountability of this site. I called on wed of this week to schedule an appointment over the telephone. Showed up for my appointment Friday only to be told that I didn't have an appointment on the books. It's a 45 minute drive one way. I was also told it would take approx 1 hr to complete. Wouldn't be a problem had the tech actually been working on it for 1 hr. After waiting 1 hr to follow up I contacted the rep who went to find the tech who only then pulled my... read more

This dealership refused to help a customer with the oil consumption recall because he did his own oil changes. Nicholas Kusmit is an active Marine protecting our country. He even had bank statements to prove that he went to the auto store to purchase the stuff for his oil changes. This still was not good enough. So now this Marine that is married and has children is stuck with a vehicle that he can't use. NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!

If they could have zero stars I'd be happy with that - ABSOLUTELY HORRRRRRIBLE SERVICE and completely disrespect for our service men and women of this country - DO NOT do business with this dealership !

Unfortunately they go though a lot of employees from year to year and they can't remember why they tell their clients to go through a specific financing arrangement. Then when you try to trade your vehicle in, you find that you're upside down in the value of it. It is a very disheartening experience to say the least.
