While service department was polite, the time it takes them to get things done was terrible. The person that helped me was not very pro active regarding keeping me posted on events. I had to go to her every two hours to get some kind of an update. Was there from 740 in the morning until well past 1 in the afternoon for inspection. I was extremely disappointed with their service. Also won't be buying Chevy again. 184,000 miles and transmission went out. IN my life, that has never happened. Truck is not even 3 years old.

Do not take your vehicle to this service center. I dropped my vehicle off las week on monday 25th and they have not looked at the car for the transmission issues. They have not done anything on it since September 26th. They have wasted a week and have not even looked at our car. Had to get a rental. The worst service ever! Zero stars!

Their service department is consistently ridiculous and slow! First, a few months ago, I spent nearly 6 hours waiting for my oil to be changed when I made an appointment for 9 am. Second, I brought my car in again with an appointment to have a single piece of trim that fell off replaced. Again, it was almost 4 hours of waiting. Today, I have an appointment at 10 am, and it's been almost an hour and a half and the car is still outside. Mechanics said my transmission was no good, it would need to be replaced and take a week. It was the beginning of a family vacation for the next two weeks. We were already 400 miles from home and stuck, something they knew very well. The new transmission would cost $6800, or they had used truck they would get me into for $810/month..... on a hunch and against everyone's recommendation I had them change fluid as well as filters and headed home... local Allison transmission shop in Oakdale serviced the transmission, put a deep... read more
