Was told I would be able to get a ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for my oil change. They forgot about me and I ended up having to sit and wait almost 3 hours for an oil chance to be done. That was three hours of my life I will never get back.

Worst customer service ever in their service department. I have had to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue! They have had to replace the HVAC actuator 3 times already and my car is a 2017. I have the extended warranty and they are only covering 5 days for the rental but they had my car for 6 1/2 days because the service department sat on my car for OVER 24 hours before even checking my car when they initially told me it would take 5-6 hours to check it. They can not fix your car. They refuse to talk to you about it, and don't even try they close the door in your face! Take your money elsewhere! Buy a Ford!!!

RecommendedI have always been treated great at the AV Chevy Service Department but this last time when my wife took her Traverse in to get her seats look at because they were breaking. When we call and made the appointment we asked on the phone if the seats were covered by the extend warranty and we were told only the service writer could answer that question. Really bad services and management sucks, I came to buy a truck spent all day and everything they told me was just a bunch of lies,they make a deal and then they add more money on you deal you better be careful and read before you sign
they don't do their "multipoint inspection." I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
