Yet again bought a Lemon, so once again these guys have our car parked in their service department lot. This time for 3 + weeks because part is on back order. Service department making promises that they cannot keep. Getting hung up on by the service department, it's getting ridiculous to try and get a part get put on my brand new truck. It's been almost 5 months waiting on a 6 month old truck.

Randy was our service writer, he was very knowledgeable and understood our concerns for getting our Traverse fixed and the oil changed. The tech who worked on our vehicle forgot to plug in a couple of the electrical connectors under the driver seat which controlled the movement. It was very disappointing to go back to AV Chevrolet's service department to have this issue taken care of. Even though it only took less than 20 minutes to complete, it should have been done right the first time. I want to be able to trust my Chevro... read more
