Beyond disappointed this morning. Many people waiting to check in for service(and I get it). But to be standing for my check in and WATCHING the check in lady blow past me to check her friend in first. This is BEYOND UNEXCEPTIONABLE in my view. Had my car for over a month, they lie, and that don’t set well with me!! I paid for my own rent a car for 8 days till they figured out it was under warranty. And the rep that was appointed to me had the worst communication skills and tacked on things we didn’t agree to !!
Here’s the deal and I emailed your employee that was my service advisor about this : I took my car in for a recall well when I picked it up he gave me a report that was very misleading and not correct. they've had my car for almost a month now. I brought it in there with serious problems and they told me it needed a new transmission. car has 60,000 miles on it when I bought it 18 months ago. it now has only 80. A Chevy is supposed to last longer than 80,000 miles before it needs a new transmission. some of my Chevys have never needed a new transmission. after paying $2,500 and waiting for the repairs to be done, they told me it was ready to be picked up. **UPDATE** Updating my previous review. The owners of this establishment care about nothing more than happy customers. I left the service department in tears and within hours the owner was on the phone apologizing and making things right. He was extremely kind and not very happy that we were so disregarded. He personally contacted service and explained that my vehicle needed to be repaired at no cost to me. Lousy customer service . Unable to reach your party when calling , especially management without acing to go through multiple people. If I call and ask for someone specific, transfer me to them. I have taken my business elsewhere as have my neighbors.
How is it Chevy has become a low grade quality of craftsmanship? Chevy used to be dependable & now a Colorado with less then 24k miles has a leaky shock! & an appt of 10am in shop for 4 1/2 hrs??? & a 75 yr old man has to leave to make another appointment without having shock replaced! What is wrong with the service of this establishments work ethic! If you can not provide quality service in a timely manner shut your doors & close! AV Chevy had my car for 2 1/2 months never offering me a rental car. They lost my part 2 times so I took my Corvette out of there. When I picked up my vet the battery was dead they had to jump it and they installed a brand new battery when I first took it in Because they said that was the problem. AV Chevy also gave me back my car with my front door not working and filthy, dirty & mud all over it.
