Unfortunately they go though a lot of employees from year to year and they can't remember why they tell their clients to go through a specific financing arrangement. Then when you try to trade your vehicle in, you find that you're upside down in the value of it. It is a very disheartening experience to say the least.

I got a gift certificate for Xmas went to use it with a oil change they won't honor it. They gave it to me.
Unfortunately they've lost a customer over something as simple as an interior door handle on a 3 year old truck, I even purchased the top of the line extended warranty but neither the warranty co or the dealership would fix the issue, sad, so I cancelled my extended warranty and will have my maintenance done at another location, what's sad is I've none all of my maintenance (oil changes etc) there, no longer. Extremely frustrated customer.

You guys were trying to rip me off. Who takes rebates to so called buy down your interest rate? I know who......Antelope Valley Chevy does. They do this so they can act like they are hooking you up on a low end model, and get more money on both ends! They said if they were to take my trade that was paid off the interest would be higher! I have bought many new cars and never dealt with bullshit this deep. I even live in the city, wtf!
The only nice or good thing about this dealership is the Salesperson Renz McGowen and Saleswomen Crystal and Maria. The entire staff, with the exception of a few in the Service and Parts department, are arrogant, rude and not helpful in any way. They act like you are an inconvenience to them, like you are beneath them. The women in the business office are the worst!! All they do is gossip and talk shit about other employees. Drove four hours today because the sales woman, Maria promised me a certain deal while I was visiting my parents last week. Told her how much I wanted to pay for a car and she said she would speak to her manager, called me a few minutes later and told me her manager approved. Made an appointment for today. Drove four hours only to find out her manager did NOT approve this negotiated price and that the price wasn't going to work. Wasted my entire day. I don't recommend anyone go here.
Not very customer friendly! 3 salesmen standing around talking to each other, I had to approach them with King Of Cars flyer. 1 looked at flyer and told me I didn't need to be there that they will call the winners Sunday, then walked away. Went into parts department to purchase a part for my car and the entire time I was in there, the parts man acted like I was bothering him and wasting his time until another employee walked up, then he completely blew me off and started talking to him.
