I went in for oil change and a tire rotation and when they put the wheels back on they broke off one of my Lugnuts And didnt tell me and put the wheels on wrong witch ruined two of my hubs and it cost me over $700 This is the second time they messed up my car up rotating tires Ino longer trust them with my vehicle

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Brand new car and the screen stopped working the day I bought it. No radio, no bluetooth, no Onstar, no rearview camera, no sounds of any kind. The screen and all the aforementioned aspects now only work 10% of the time. Took the vehicle in and was told they would order a module; that it would be in within 3 days. When I scheduled my appointment for an oil change I was told that it would take a hour. However when I arrived I told that it would be a 3 hours wait. 3.5 hours later I was finally at the cashier office. The cashier was so rude it was unbelievable, costumer service was not her strong suit.

Not only did they take an extra day to get my truck back after they promised to have it ready in 4 hours, but when I wanted to traded it in I received the most unprofessional salesmanship ever experienced, I bought 2 Camaros at this establishment in the past and was ready to purchase a truck, the first salesman realized what a terrible job he was performing so he past me to another salesman who was a bit more professional, then the truck I test drove they claimed that was damaged the next day by barbed wire and had the nerv... read more

Service advisor overcharged for my oil change and would not honor dealer discounts sent by email. Status of service call was not updated on computer link. Past service calls for oil changes were satisfactory, but I waited for my vehicle, this time I did not because rear tires not in stock. 10 am appointment car delivered 5:30 pm next day. A month ago my wife and I went to AV Chevy as they were offering “great trade in”. The dealership gave a good price but didn’t fit in our budget. Made it clear we appreciated it but we wouldn’t never sign for a price that high again. It wasn’t going to happen. This has been one of the worst dealership experiences we’ve ever had. We will never do business here again, nor will we recommend anyone to this dealership. After purchasing a 2020 used vehicle all the salesman could boast about was a 172 point inspection and how the car is like new. So we drove it off of the lot and observed a chip in the windshield, as well as the rear air controls to be so sticky you can’t push the button in. If I could give zero stars I would. Non-stop lying from their sales and managers and when you catch them in a lie all they could do is give you a blank stare. Never honor their deals they promote and always trying to mark up their prices. Neither sales rep can tell you what their policies are because they all have different answers.
