AV Chevrolet from beginning to end was the worst experience I’ve ever had ! No one ever call’s you back with information. The mechanic/ technician broke my truck ( they admitted it ) and after that it never ran right again. I had to sell my truck for thousands less because of the problems they created !

I will NEVER use them again! I will not be buy anymore cars from them either. Worst customer serve ever from Kristopher in service

There sales staff was very professional and courteous..But it seems when it comes to there finances manager dosen't know how to treat female customers..He Be Littles you and wants to conduct business outside..very unprofessional and unpleasant..You call to see what can be done so you don't have a sour experience and Staff just says we're sorry...But thanks for buying our overpriced auction car..I would Suggest you do your homework before you purchase with them..Good luck (phill)

I had previously written a surprisingly good review for this Chevy and it was ALL thanks to your service Advisor Robert C. Today I called in to make an appointment but was told Robert C was no longer working there. After making a few phone calls I learned he was terminated. I can’t fathom what is going on with the management of this Chevy! When we bought our Tahoe we tried to buy locally but your sales people are beyond rude. Horrible customer service. They had my Tahoe for 5 days and didn’t fix anything. I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls on day 4&5.

My experience here for the first time was horrible. I went in on a Saturday Oct 16th 7AM for a oil leak and front breaks in which they suggested. I was promised my car by day end. Did not provide a shuttle to take me home because I lived out of the area. I asked for a loaner and was told no. I had to rent me car to get around. By the day end the service rep Kris said we gona have to keep your car until Monday Oct 18th. Im furious. Monday comes around and I received a text the leak was fixed just had to tightened up a screw a... read more

I was told it would take a day or two at the most to get my van serviced and I dropped it off on a Monday and didn’t get it back until Thursday. Had to keep calling to get updates. Not very satisfied either, they were supposed to check the brakes and my brakes are squeaking. Wouldn’t recommend…

Took my car in bc the passenger running board motor failed. Victoria (Service Advisor) said they had to order a new motor from back east and to take my car home until unit came in. A week later I called but Victoria told me the motor had not come in yet and they had no way to track shipment…it would be there when it got there. A few days later I called again but Victoria wasn’t in so other SAs tried to help but couldn’t find an order. Got charged almost triple of what I was quoted online. Price Keeps getting higher after each visit. Made an 0830 appointment, car didn’t get touched till a couple hours later. What’s the point of making an appointment…
