Per service director Vegas and service advisor Jacob Ochoa General Motors vehicles are not designed to operate in the extreme conditions in the antelope valley and need extra maintenance not in the service manual. If that were true general Motors vehicles should not be sold in the Av or they advise customers there maintenance is going to be expensive prior to buying a vehicle. 2-3 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment is not ok. What makes things worse was my truck was ready after 2 hours but my service advisor was on lunch so my paperwork sat on his desk. Luckily I was tired of sitting and walked around and saw my truck parked and I stopped a different advisor and asked why is my truck here and no one told me that it is done she told me he was on lunch. Update: Took my brand new 2022 Trail Boss in because of a glitching infotainment system. Made an appointment that me at nothing because I still sat there 6 hours for what the employee told me was a 15 minute job. They told me to call back with any issues. 1 day later glitches again but worse than before….. Ben trying to get a hold of them but nobody will call me back to include the sales manager. Guess it’s time to contact Chevy directly.
Made an appointment for Friday. Showed up at appointment time for them to tell me they probably wouldn’t even look at my car that day. It’s now Wednesday, they haven’t contacted the warranty company to determine if it’s still under warranty (it is) and the code that was read from the engine hasn’t been written down or put in any computer system. This place sucks!!!!!

Terrible dealership and service. Dropped off my Corvette for an appointment for a pre purchase inspection at 730 that I made the previous week. Was told it would be done at 430. It wasn't.9 hours and couldn't even complete a simple task. Wouldn't trust these monkeys fixing hot wheels cars. And the want me to buy a c8 with a 20k markup lmao. Take your business somewhere else. Anywhere else for that matter. I'd trust a homeless man on the corner before them

Would not recommend. Inconsistent work in the service department. Went in for routine maintenance, next day I had to bring it back because the mechanic did a half-assed job and didn't properly reattach all engine components. Took the head mechanic over an hour to get me out of there and the Service Director, Vegas, wouldn't do anything to make up for my wasted time.

Still waiting on Justin Gonzales to reply back on the email I sent him a month ago on my tire issue with only 13k miles on them.

Friendly , no bullshit and fair pricing and great service department.
Our experience at this dealership was worse then awful. To be treated the way we were and to be there to pay cash for a vehicle, to only to be dismissed about a crooked tailgate on a $70K truck we were about to pay cash for. Then when we asked about it the credit manager who should have never been involved with a cash deal lied to the salesman helping us saying she need my husbands social even though it was a cash deal.
