terrible... went for a recall. waited 4 hours to be told they "couldn't" do it because of an added sub... we live 2 hrs away. So, 9 hrs of my life gone... called another Chevy service shop 3 hrs away that said the mechanic is lazy, or didn't know what he was doing, and should have installed the recall. 1 star for the lobby.

Very disappointed in the repairs made to my 2500 HD. They damaged my vehicle while removing my drivers seat. I notified them of the damage and still no call back. It’s been about two weeks. I will not return to this dealership for any of my repairs. J. Hartz

Horrible customer service!!! Don’t buy a car from here they only wants your money not the relationship cause wants you leave the lot with one of their lemon cars, you’re basically screwed and ghosted by them!!! Plenty of other dealerships to go to!!!

I would recommend you look for somewhere else to buy and to service your vehicles. Service department gives you nothing but run around. They never call back or follow thru with actions they state they are going to take. They have had my truck now going on over 4 weeks and the factory warranty issue I brought it in for is still not fixed. 3rd time taking my vehicle in for the same warranty problem, made an appointment a week in advance and my vehicle just sat for a day with no rush to look at it. Had to pull it out do to they won’t give a loaner car out until a diagnosis.

Bad cervice when i took my Chevy for maintenance they told me oil change and rotation on tire tire and I put mark on the tire when I got home they look they never did rotation bad cervice for a 100000 thucent truck you spect better cervice

Antelope Valley Chevrolet - Dealer of Incompetence. We made the appointment for a recall repair several days before our appointment. We provided the exact recall number so the dealer knew what needed to be repaired (and the parts to be ordered). This dealership FAILED to order the required parts prior to our arrival. They didn't even order the parts until the end of day one. Been coming here for over 10 years. But I will never walk into this dealer ever again. I keep giving them a shot and I don't even know why I bother anymore. They lie and do not pay top dollar as they advertise nor do they honor any promotions they are offering. False Advertising all the way around.
