I came in on a trip from Sacramento. On my way in when i stopped in bakersfield my check engine light came on. The service center in bakersfield was a failure. I drove to Mojave to lodge, woke up at 7am tho being my car in, it was a little unpromising say first but you managed to work me into your busy day and you made mine. All i read are other "LOYAL" clients complaining about the service. I have been loyal buying all my Silverados from Chevy for my Electrical Company as well as my father for his A/C & Heating Company. We have 2014 Silverados as well as 2014 Malibu's. People need to understand that problems happen with cars specially after 100,000 miles Mr. SATURN below me... I feel totally disrespected and mistreated by Antelope Vally Chevrolet. We dropped our Corvette off to them 8/24/24 for major repairs covered by the warranty. The dealership took intake photos of the condition of our car at drop off. (This will turn out to be the most important part of this transaction!) I even assisted the service advisor with contacting the warranty company to get them paid and expedite the repair. One part was backordered so the job was not completed until 10/18/24. Horrible service, I would not recommend this location to anyone and will NEVER return there for a service again!!!! I took my Chevy in for an oil change, check engine light and a few other things. I dropped it off Friday at 7:00 AM and stressed that I needed it for work on Monday at 4:00 AM. I got a call Friday evening from my contact there. She stated they had performed the oil change and test drove it to try to duplicate the other issues. She stated the tech would look at it tomorrow and she would give me a call with ... read more
terrible... went for a recall. waited 4 hours to be told they "couldn't" do it because of an added sub... we live 2 hrs away. So, 9 hrs of my life gone... called another Chevy service shop 3 hrs away that said the mechanic is lazy, or didn't know what he was doing, and should have installed the recall. 1 star for the lobby.
