I came in on a trip from Sacramento. On my way in when i stopped in bakersfield my check engine light came on. The service center in bakersfield was a failure. I drove to Mojave to lodge, woke up at 7am tho being my car in, it was a little unpromising say first but you managed to work me into your busy day and you made mine. My Favorite Team
All i read are other "LOYAL" clients complaining about the service. I have been loyal buying all my Silverados from Chevy for my Electrical Company as well as my father for his A/C & Heating Company. I wasted two whole days trying to purchase the truck I saw in your advertisement, the one I genuinely liked. Avchevy simply wasted my time only to offer me completely unfavorable terms- terms that were fundamentally different from those listed on your website and on Chevrolet’s website! Considering my very good credit score , they're unable to provide reasonable terms that would satisfy me as your customer. I feel totally disrespected and mistreated by Antelope Vally Chevrolet. We dropped our Corvette off to them 8/24/24 for major repairs covered by the warranty. The dealership took intake photos of the condition of our car at drop off. (This will turn out to be the most important part of this transaction!) I even assisted the service advisor with contacting the warranty company to get them paid and expedite the repair. One part was backordered so the job was not completed until 10/18/24.
