We had the WORST experience ever my husband and I have exellent credit and we were going to finance with our Credit Union these guys literally wasted our time we spent a little over 4 hours there for nothing they refused to give us an Option Contract he wanted us to sign with them for a higher APR plus down and a bigger pymt anyway we left empty handed and drove to MT View Chevrolet were we spent less than 2hrs came out with Option Contract and New Truck 0 down and even there offer was way better than MK. Dishonest dealership. Sold me a vehicle with defective tracking system that they should’ve known was defective.
I went in to buy my leased car I. Cash and the sales guy says it would only be 30-45 minute process. I ended up waiting there 3 hours. And that was because I threatened to just leave. Was very disappointed.
Unethical pathetic if I could rate negative I would. Service smeared DEF along the gas cap and DEF opening. BAR will be notified of their unethical practices.
Came from afar San Fernando Valley to purchase the Trailblazer RS 2022. When I arrived at the dealership I was able to test drive the vehicle. As we entered the office and sat down I was notified that it got sold. The person I was in contact with knew I was coming from afar I asked her if they can hold it or if I can even put a deposit on it but she said no due to fraud. The person who attended me when I left the truck was great. The day I picked up the truck, I asked if there was water and a girl was very nice and started asking for me if they had any water bottles left, she aske a man that was sitting across from her and did not acknowledge her at all. She asked him again and he simply shook his head and kept playing with his cell phone. He was very rude if you ask me… She apologized for his rudeness and found me a water bottle.
No help gave me the around bs the car has been sitting at the dealer for three months but they will no negotiate or reason thanks jose
