I both a car but the parking guy run in to a wall. They still have my new car. They are fixing it. But it has be 6 days. Can't get anyone to call us back. AND WHEN IS MY NEW CAR GOING TO BE READY. They gave me a rental. It has been 6 days. They need to do more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unprofessional, does not manage situations properly, defames customers characters whom he's never met in person. I would not ever do business with Mk chevrolet dealership. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Poor communication skills, lacks integrity, honesty and deflects when mistakes are made.

I wasn’t impressed at all how they handle the deal It was about them not how they can make a great deal for Me I have a 802 credit score and didn’t get a good deal, I won’t work with this dealership again if it wasn’t for my son that had no more patients and wanted to close the deal because he was tired of waiting I would have walked out. Just don't seem to have their sales team together. Make web deals and then don't have the vehicles ready. Treat their customers like untrustworthy scammers. Paid cash and they demanded to run my credit instead of verifying a cashiers check.
There was zero negotiation discounts available, and typically the cars we have purchased always come with a full tank of gas. Considering, the online work is done by the new purchaser, there really isn't much work a sales associate has to do anymore. I understand the perks of online purchases, but customer service and negotiation could improve to at least make the buyer feel like they're walking out with a deal.
I had a horrible experience here today. I dealt with mike lara and he was very unprofessional he did not answe the phone at all when inquiring about my car dont deal with this dealership or Mike Lara
Terrible customer service They need to practice what they preach. Calling me at 4:45 pm to let me know my truck is done. I rush over and they close at 5 pm. What kind of customer service is that? Then to top it off my truck is blocked in with the gate unlocked is that suppose to make me feel like my truck is in a secure place. I will Never go to this terrible xxxxen dealer again. If anything happens to my truck i will definitely come after you guys for all the inconvenience you guys caused to me in 1 day.
