Very bad experience with this dealer, I purchase the Suburban, it took them 1 month to give me the bill of sale. I order 2000 dollar of accessories 3 month ago. Still have not yet received it.
SERVICE CARLOS WAS NO HELP. ...DROPPED OF MY 2024 HD AND THE EXCUSE WAS THAT THE MECHANIC HAD NO OTHER TRUCK TO COMPARE IT WITH...TRANMISSION PROBLEM...SALES TEAM PULLED IT OUT AND DOWNGRADED TO A 1500 RST....HAPPY WITH NEW TRUCK....THANKS RALPH

My only criticism of the sales process, was that we were discussing the MSRP price all along and then ... BAM! ... here are an additional $3K of dealer add-ons. I think that would have been better to tell us about up front. It kind of came as an unwelcome surprise as we started negotiating the final sales price.
My purchase experience was pleasant. The process went quickly - it wasn't an all day affair, which was gret. My dealer was really nice. With that said, I did not read my contract so that part is on me. Upon review days later after purchase, I learned my finance rate is higher than I was told, the car purchase price was higher than I was told and higher than other cars of the same model, and I agreed to accessories that was not discussed.
