People at the dealership was nice, they talked friendly, said they would take care of me because they are "different" from other dealerships... My car got a blinking check engine light less than a month after purchase. Car started shaking on the freeway. I think the transmission or something is broken. Waiting to get it towed and checked out. I would not recommend purchasing a used car from this dealership.
Bad customer service would not recommend dealer for sales. did not deliver as promised I was called a liar asking to much for trade.Thanks
We re pretty happy with our purchase. Price was too high for accessories. We were promised pick up time but didn’t leave for an hour later.
Everything was great but I ask them not run my more than once and they ran it right time no good !!!finance guy came off to cocky!!sales guys was great !!!
Don't buy used cars here. they are not certified and you risk of buying a lemon.
They are really good on texting/calling you when you’re looking to get a car but once you get it they don’t respond or help. I bought a Corvette with them and paid an extra $500 to get it delivered and was told it would be detailed and come with a full tank of gas. The car was delivered full of bugs all over the hood/windshield/bumper/windows/mirrors and with the gas tank literally on Empty with the gas light on. That’s what you get when you pay an extra $500. Edmond Kakish attempted to sneak a $3,000 warranty past me. He didn't mention this "optional" warranty until well into our discussion. Edmond continually interrupted me and rarely even gave me an opportunity to speak. He does not represent your dealership well. Additionally, your MANDATORY $995 Reviver digital license plate was added to my car's price after my 6 hour trip to your dealership. I came to this dealership on Super Bowl Sunday and tried to make a deal with them. From the get go I told them if they could not help me get out of my lease that I would just wait and come back to them in about 6 months to a year to purchase a Tahoe or Suburban. They assured me that they would work with me and continued to push forward with a deal. I was mostly happy with the experience but the up I was mostly happy with the experience but the up charge on the car was unreasonable. Tacking on $40,000 to the MSRP was disheartening to say the least. I did not pay all the upcharge but did pay most of it....I would not do it again....
