Jose the salesman is not a honest person. He took advantage of my limited English. Jose told me while I was signing the contract that all of the protection package was included on the vehicle price. I asked to get this protection cancel and they took my car away along with the copy of my contract. They treating me by saying that the will sell my car for a lower price and I would pay the difference. There were several mis-leading "tricks" and it took me the entire day to make a deal. They wanted to force me to buy a tracking device for the vehicle for 1400.00 when I refused, they let me leave and then called and apologized. In order to get the deal I wanted I had to finance the vehicle, they preferred that over a cash offer. Weird day.
Sales manager and assistant sales manager, Edmond and Rafael, promise a lot and deliver little. We called Rafael several times, over 10 times, and by the end, he wouldn't even answer the phone. We were promised two plastic pieces to cover holes on a truck bed that we didn't see the night we purchased the truck. Still waiting on those pieces and it's been well over two months. My English is not good, and without telling me the actual price, they sold me the car with an additional price of 10,000 US dollars. And secretly extended the loan period to 7 years, induced me to sign, and sold me a car worth 40,000 for 64,000, a serious fraudulent consumption!
I came to look at a vehicle at MK Chevrolet and was given the run around regarding pricing for the vehicle. They told me they would be upfront and transparent with me all the while they were trying to find every way to use up my down payment and up the price tag on the vehicle I was interested in. Glad they had the vehicle I wanted but a little disappointed that they weren’t able to help with working with price. Plus I left the lot in my new car with not even half a tank of gas and had to fill up the new car with gas as soon as I purchased.
We had the WORST experience ever my husband and I have exellent credit and we were going to finance with our Credit Union these guys literally wasted our time we spent a little over 4 hours there for nothing they refused to give us an Option Contract he wanted us to sign with them for a higher APR plus down and a bigger pymt anyway we left empty handed and drove to MT View Chevrolet were we spent less than 2hrs came out with Option Contract and New Truck 0 down and even there offer was way better than MK.
