It was an everyday crap show; spent entirely too much time chasing staff to do their jobs Wifi continuously was cutting off. A/c was not clean at all. Dirty dishes in cabinets put away as if clean, cigarette put out in a coffee mug from a prior guest. Lacking cooking utensils and dish ware and pits and pans. Should be at least a full set of four count small room and larger for larger occupancy rooms, sheets were itchy, blankets not warm enough, beds too small, maid services was the worst experience I have ever had in my life... read more
As a child I stayed at this facility (known as the Beachmark then) with my family. We would rent several rooms. it is n when we arrived our room was filthy dirty. there was sand all over the floor, dirty sheets and bed spread, bathroom had hair and more dirt on floor. the toilet had crusted urine on the back near the tank. The kitchen cabinets had greasy fingerprints all over them. the stove top was dirty with crumbs and grease. Disappointing Room was not clean & we call for room to clean no one showed up then we had to call front desk to remind them. Parking we had to pay
Will not be staying here again. beds were uncomfortable, bathrooms are very little and not the cleanness, our stove was dirty and between the freeze door and fridge door there was mold. our floor was full of sand when we got there. close to beach
Disappointing We never got our room service towels or pillows like we asked, the room was filthy to the point we bought our own broom. We paid extra for a beach view… that was not at all a beach view There was a bed

Room for improvement. 1st pay for parking after renting room. 2nd pillows limited, small, uncomfortable, cheap sheets and blankets. 3rd poor wifi, tv channels constantly in and out. Impossible to watch tv program. 4th trash piled up in stairwell. Location and amenities.
Nice location and pool, dirty rooms and no help/ service. There was no housekeeping service (the “maid service please” sign was ignored every morning) and we would have to go to the front desk to request clean towels, of which they were usually out of. The phone in the room did not work, the door to our balcony was broken and would not lock and sometimes would blow open in the wind. Spoke with front desk multiple times, but nothing was fixed. Disappointing Room flooded after a storm. Asked someone to mop no one came. Never got any maid service when asked. Only view was of the busy road
