We needed a room for the day as we were passing by and it was okay. The floors of the room were still dirty, I love walking barefoot on most days so that was not a nice feeling to step on dirty floors you can feel the film. The furniture is old and beaten. The coffee table had a lot of air bubbles, paint was coming off, the bathroom is very outdated, the beds were not the most comfortable and the frame showed a lot so it wasn't appealing. It was good enough for the short visit we made and the reasons we were staying. I don’t think we will visit this propert Very small beds, sand all in the beds, balcony door barely shut & wouldn’t lock, tv / WiFi didn’t work. The closeness to the beach and the huge pool. Staff were VERY friendly! Even the maintenance and room cleaning lady were very nice.
Didn’t feel comfortable staying here with it being so dirty The stairwells stink, my roof was leaking in my room, bathroom smelled like urine and shower has hair in it just doesn’t look or feel clean The location

Enjoyed the beach & Not breaking bank. Place dirty inside and out. Bring cleaning supplies & linens the outside of the facility and inside was very dirty. the sheets and towels were old and stained. Very close to the beach. Overall staff were as attentive as they could be. You can't beat the price.

Bad Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience — Avoid Until Management Changes My family and I have been visiting Ocean City for years and have stayed at The Kokomo multiple times without issue. Unfortunately, our most recent visit under the new management was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We booked through Booking.com and arrived at 4:45 PM — well after the 4:00 PM check-in time. However, we were told our reserved room was unavailable due to issues with their laundry facilities. Terrible management Management was absolutely terrible paid cash deposit then they said at check out time that there general manager was asleep so they couldn’t give me it, then they gave me $100 out the $150 and said they’d mail the rest, ac unit is right next to front door rooms are always hot Room was good sized
Fair NOT ENOUGH PARKING. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET TOWELS, STAFF KEPT SAYING THERE WERE NO EXTRA TOWELS. AC SUCKED! DID NOT COOL ROOM ENOUGH. VERY CLOSE TO BEACH
