I will not recommend this property. Manager on duty at 4:00 PM on 07/04 was very rude. She said there are many more Staff, facilities. Just Location, nothing else

It is our policy at Kokomo Suites that our staff does not tolerate abuse by guests. We also do not subject our other guests to this while they are checking in. Their time is just as valuable as yours and we will ask you to leave.

Very Poor Everything about the room was bad bed not comfortable, toilet didn't work properly, table lamp was broken didn't work. The kitchen supplies where not the greatest no big bowls for serving or to make in any thing also no big pot to make spaghetti . The microwave door was hard to close. The stars to go up to tge 2nd floor are not legal too steep, steps are not wide enough to walk up normal have to walk up, down side ways there was no lighting either at night until our last night so very unsafe. Only liked pool

I’ve stayed in worse. That’s the best compliment I have. Carpet was very dirty. Like don’t take your shoes off in there dirty. Suuuuuuuper loud (senior weekers were obvious all night but because the walls are paper thin there was no escaping the everything noises. We couldn’t sleep so my daughter and I made a game of hunting and swatting at the 8346553783 flies that were in our room. Each time we got one, four more showed up in its place…with the windows and doors closed lol. The bathroom wasn’t too bad, sheets seemed clean.... read more

Horrible Very dirty and an employee tried to come in with a key card at 1:30 am while me and my 3 girls were in bed Great area

Poor Lights not working in room footprints on wall TV went bad and didn't have a backup ready sucksd View friendly staff

Mid cleaners didn’t clean once and when I got there my toilet was broken and disgusting with pee all over it had to clean myself , whoever Ashley is needs fired for real. its beachfront but that’s it

Not what was expected. Staff members were not helpful, check in was at 4 and I did not get my room until 5pm which was ridiculous. When asked about room I was told that they were trying to communicate with room service. When we got the room dirty linen was left outside of the room in the corner. The utensils in the room were dirty. Not far from the beach and had a pool.
