I do not recommend nor will I stay at this property again Did not receive daily room service as far as cleaning of the room, changing bed linens, etc. I also had to keep tracking staff down daily to verbally request clean towels and washcloths. They would take the dirty ones out of the room every day but never replace them with clean ones. My stay was from 7/15-7/19 and I had my room cleaned once during that stay and it was only because on 7/18 I complained about the garbage never being taken out yet. Bad The cleaner burned our eyes, dried up stuff on headboard, did not feel safe at all in this place. No elevators couldnt.get my walker into the bathroom ended up leaving after first day. If you are looking for a place to just sleep it's fine. We were on bottom floor by pool and people were banging on pool door. Would not recommend. It had a pool

Ocean city is beautiful but this location need to care about sanitizing his place and getting up-to-date maintenance! The place was filthy, it was so disgusting inside the suite I mean the drawers were broken, the closet smelled like piss that dried for weeks, the pillows and sheets weren’t properly cleaned they had stains and smelled like funky body sweat and the towels was just as bad so PLEASE DON’T USE THEY SHEETS AND TOWELS it’s disgusting 🤮I uploaded pictures on google. I will not recommend this property. Manager on duty at 4:00 PM on 07/04 was very rude. She said there are many more Staff, facilities. Just Location, nothing else

It is our policy at Kokomo Suites that our staff does not tolerate abuse by guests. We also do not subject our other guests to this while they are checking in. Their time is just as valuable as yours and we will ask you to leave.
Very Poor Everything about the room was bad bed not comfortable, toilet didn't work properly, table lamp was broken didn't work. The kitchen supplies where not the greatest no big bowls for serving or to make in any thing also no big pot to make spaghetti . The microwave door was hard to close. The stars to go up to tge 2nd floor are not legal too steep, steps are not wide enough to walk up normal have to walk up, down side ways there was no lighting either at night until our last night so very unsafe. I’ve stayed in worse. That’s the best compliment I have. Carpet was very dirty. Like don’t take your shoes off in there dirty. Suuuuuuuper loud (senior weekers were obvious all night but because the walls are paper thin there was no escaping the everything noises. We couldn’t sleep so my daughter and I made a game of hunting and swatting at the 8346553783 flies that were in our room. Each time we got one, four more showed up in its place…with the windows and doors closed lol. The bathroom wasn’t too bad, sheets seemed clean.... read more
