Beach was amazing Not clean, dirty pool, rooms need updated big time! The location

Disappointing
Not again Hotel was very dirty, back door doesn’t lock, thin thin sheets, back balcony was filthy when we arrived and we had to sweet ashes and cigarettes off of it Location was nice

Hello Kristine I am very sorry to hear this from you. We have multiple notes at the front desk regarding requests from your room for items but no complaints were made. We appreciate it when guests let us know of any issues during their stay as we cannot solve any problems after check out.
It was a fair good price, but Im not sure we would return due to the cleanliness. It could've been cleaner! We found hairs lying around & some rust/dirt spots on the fridge. The front desk staff were super friendly.

Absolutely horrible. The floors were so dirty my feet turned black within 10 minutes of being in the hotel room. Upon walking in the room smells like mold and mildew. Everything in the room feels damp, the sheets in the bed had black curly hair in them. There were brown stains in the bathroom on the walls, under the sink had leaking water stains on the walls and tile. Nothing stated here is accurate. The guest was given a full refund before she ever even left the property and has been banned from this hotel due to her behavior and verbal abuse to hotel staff. Her behavior has been reported to Booking.
Never again It could have been cleaned better smelled like animals and the bathroom smelled like urine. The sheets were stained. Kids were scared to swim in pool because of the adults getting rowdy and very loud. This hotle is not for families. The location to the beach was very convenient. The little bacony was nice. I cannot say anything else nice about this location
