Bad The rooms , the staff service very poor The room was filthy and full of spider I asked to leave this place as soon as I arrive and refund my money they refused I call booking twice they said someone will get back to you we email the manager no one get back to me , I had to cut my stay and leave this owfull place

Hello, we were more than accommodating during your stay. At check in, you wanted to be closer to the pool, so we moved you, then you came down and stated you could not use stairs, so we moved you to the ground floor free of charge. We moved your room three times. We would of refunded if your chose to leave, but you stayed for three nights. We also refunded your parking at checkout when you claimed did not park here.

Location and that’s about it Upon our arrival the hotel room was filthy, the room floor was grainy with left over sand, bathroom was gross and unclean. The location . Easy access to beach. Large clean pool.

We have hotel housekeeping staff on from 9am-9pm daily. Anytime you have an issue with your room please notify the front desk immediately so we may resolve the problem.
Not happy, high price Although colorful decor, the room was very dated. We found a couple of hair in the bed sheets under the covers. Linen and blankets had stains. No linen was provided for the pull out couch. The bottom moulding of the door to the balcony was loose, meaning not attached. The door locked although it did not close flush. Hello. We do advertise that the boardwalk is around 3 miles away from us and that we have no elevator. We have no notes of you reporting problems during your stay. In the future, please inform our staff of any problems with your room and we would be happy to help immediately! Linen for the sofa bed can always be found in the closet. We do apologize for any inconvenience the balcony door may have caused and we have our maintenance team is looking into it.
Disappointing
Bad Filthy room, crumbs and dead bug on sofa bed, stains on linen, dirty microwave, dirty plates, crumbs in utensil holder, we stopped with inspecting things there and found another hotel.

We were willing to send housekeeping to the room immediately but you refused. You were given a full refund and we do hope you enjoyed the use of our pool from 1-5.
I was not impressed, roaches are never fun I had a roach in my room, I arrived late in the evening and they were booked tight so I couldn’t move rooms within the facility. I was advised that I was not able to get a refund or discount unless I had left the facility which was not in my financial budget at the time. Rooms were $400+ that were available for that night. Hello, When you brought the problem to our attention, you refused to show us any pictures or videos. Both our housekeeping and our maintenance supervisor inspected the room, and found nothing. We did offer you a refund, had you choose to leave. We cannot however hand out refunds, as well as, let guests to stay for free without conformation of an issue.
