It was a fair good price, but Im not sure we would return due to the cleanliness. It could've been cleaner! We found hairs lying around & some rust/dirt spots on the fridge. The front desk staff were super friendly.

Absolutely horrible. The floors were so dirty my feet turned black within 10 minutes of being in the hotel room. Upon walking in the room smells like mold and mildew. Everything in the room feels damp, the sheets in the bed had black curly hair in them. There were brown stains in the bathroom on the walls, under the sink had leaking water stains on the walls and tile. Nothing stated here is accurate. The guest was given a full refund before she ever even left the property and has been banned from this hotel due to her behavior and verbal abuse to hotel staff. Her behavior has been reported to Booking.
Never again It could have been cleaned better smelled like animals and the bathroom smelled like urine. The sheets were stained. Kids were scared to swim in pool because of the adults getting rowdy and very loud. This hotle is not for families. The location to the beach was very convenient. The little bacony was nice. I cannot say anything else nice about this location

Nice area close to the beach but not very nice at all. No elevators and the steps are awful not even the walking part the steps were so narrow and short. When you have toddlers it’s very scary. It was very close to the beach

Hello Lizzie I am sorry you were disappointed with the steps. We do list on Booking that there is no elevator. The best thing to do if the steps are difficult for you is to book a ground floor room. We are always willing to try and move a guest if they let us know during their stay there is a problem.
Do not stay with them if you have small children or elderly During my stay at the suite, I was most disappointed. We could not use the balcony at night due the loud disturbance of other guest and the smell of marijuana. I booked the room due to it being next to the beach, which was a reprieve on my grandmother but the steps were very steep and unsafe for her and my small child. We do list on Booking that there is no elevator. There is always the option of booking a ground floor room. Also we do try to move guests if the steps are an issue but reading through the numerous messages you sent the steps were never mentioned. We did address noise every time you complained and our security never located an issue. Unfortunately it is not a private pool other guests are on vacation and we do hope they enjoy themselves.
