Nice area close to the beach but not very nice at all. No elevators and the steps are awful not even the walking part the steps were so narrow and short. When you have toddlers it’s very scary. It was very close to the beach

Hello Lizzie I am sorry you were disappointed with the steps. We do list on Booking that there is no elevator. The best thing to do if the steps are difficult for you is to book a ground floor room. We are always willing to try and move a guest if they let us know during their stay there is a problem.
Do not stay with them if you have small children or elderly During my stay at the suite, I was most disappointed. We could not use the balcony at night due the loud disturbance of other guest and the smell of marijuana. I booked the room due to it being next to the beach, which was a reprieve on my grandmother but the steps were very steep and unsafe for her and my small child. We do list on Booking that there is no elevator. There is always the option of booking a ground floor room. Also we do try to move guests if the steps are an issue but reading through the numerous messages you sent the steps were never mentioned. We did address noise every time you complained and our security never located an issue. Unfortunately it is not a private pool other guests are on vacation and we do hope they enjoy themselves. I do not recommend nor will I stay at this property again Did not receive daily room service as far as cleaning of the room, changing bed linens, etc. I also had to keep tracking staff down daily to verbally request clean towels and washcloths. They would take the dirty ones out of the room every day but never replace them with clean ones. My stay was from 7/15-7/19 and I had my room cleaned once during that stay and it was only because on 7/18 I complained about the garbage never being taken out yet. Bad The cleaner burned our eyes, dried up stuff on headboard, did not feel safe at all in this place. No elevators couldnt.get my walker into the bathroom ended up leaving after first day. If you are looking for a place to just sleep it's fine. We were on bottom floor by pool and people were banging on pool door. Would not recommend. It had a pool

Ocean city is beautiful but this location need to care about sanitizing his place and getting up-to-date maintenance! The place was filthy, it was so disgusting inside the suite I mean the drawers were broken, the closet smelled like piss that dried for weeks, the pillows and sheets weren’t properly cleaned they had stains and smelled like funky body sweat and the towels was just as bad so PLEASE DON’T USE THEY SHEETS AND TOWELS it’s disgusting 🤮I uploaded pictures on google.
