Very Poor there were no towels and wash rags to take a shower I had to go buy my own stuff it was nice and clean

Good stay for adults I would not stay here with my children Parking is almost impossible and they charge you to park on the property. Room was covered in sand. Had to fight for almost 24 hours to get 2 towels and washcloths. The AC struggled to keep up it wasn’t worth going back to the room until once the sun went down. Staff struggled to maintain control of the guest. Has a very clean pool and a nice shower

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Service and Safety Concerns I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the balcony door did not lock, which was a significant safety and security concern. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, and the employee assured me that maintenance would be sent to fix it as soon as they were available. Decent. May book again due to the price of the facility and the location of attractions and beach for a couples stay not No elevator. The doors had really bad drafts so when it was windy the rooms howled really bad. The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms are big enough for 2 queen size beds instead of 2 full size beds- recommending to upsize the beds.
