Fair Steps are crazy. Might as well climb up a ladder. They were straight up. People smoking their weed on the porch right beside the swimming pool, 2nd hand smoke blowing all over the kids. I could care less about weed smoking, but why around the kids? Air conditioning units could use an upgrade. We bought a fan to help circulate. Pool was nice. Location was nice. Pretty clean. Stay was not positive. Will not stay in June. Property was very loud late at night. Allowing guest to be disrespectful and disruptive,loud all night. No not quiet security. People banging on my doors late into the night.

Overall it was okay our beds were clean and the sheets are clean it’s livable we brought our own towels and stuff It was poorly cleaned floor has indents in them there’s stains on the pull out couch/bed to the naked eye it looked good walking in the refrigerator/freezer the freezer had like bubbles and it was like a weird slimy and clear In the bathroom there was 4 curly hairs on my towels The tv was nice the there’s a kitchen bathroom and phone and its super close to the beach the whole reason why we come here right 🤩

Dirty and staff was unresponsive Dirty. When we checked in it was clear the room had not been clean. Same was everywhere on the floor and there was some hair in the shower. Asked staff to clean and they did not. Also they o my cleaned our room once for the entire week. Very disappointed Location was great. Pool wasn’t bad

Fair The room was ok but my sister has Parkinson's and to have her walk up to the 3rd floor and carrying our own luggage was very painful for her. I should have looked closer at the website. We opened the door to the balcony and got locked out because the door closed behind us. Luckily someone was in the room with us and let us back in. Then the door to the balcony would not lock. Easy beach location, dirty rooms. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The kitchenette was really dirty and the floor just felt dusty/dirty. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. There were people outside yelling at midnight which was just annoying- but hard to change since that is not the hotel's fault. We ended our stay after one night instead of two because it just felt dirty and uncomfortable. The location was nice for a family if you do not want to be right on the boardwalk. Room was nice and bright, just need more cleanness in the bathroom portion of the room. The bathrroom had a really bad smell. Like sweage. No elevator or near by bathroom near the pool area The view and opennes
