I would definitely stay again The water was brown. And the floor was very slippery The staff was very friendly and helpful
This hotel was of convenience for what I needed it for, but overall was not worth it. TV was not yet turned on or programmed for the Wi-Fi, which was nowhere for me to find. Phone in room didn't work and had to go to office to get it and he seemed to not want to provide it. Steps were very steep and hard to walk on. Reserved rooms should be ready & not given to walk ins.. I confirmed arrival between 9 & 10pm. My room was not ready until 11:30pm. Extremely inconvenient for me. Location

Not great. The door had clearly been kicked in, in the bathroom and was patched up poorly. There was sand all over the floor. The air conditioner barely worked. There was mold in the bathroom and crappy patch work to the curtain holder in the bathroom where mold also is growing. The blankets provided were cheap and basically sheets. The staff was the only good thing about this property

Okay for the cost The room was dingy, dirt smudges on the walls. Housekeeping stopped by and asked us if we needed anything- I said towels, but we never got the towels. We went for Oceans Calling and they had a shuttle- $15 all day, they took us down and then left us stranded at night- we had to get a $100 uber back. I liked the pretty colors and the location had a lot of food options nearby. And you were close to a bus stop.

I stayed at Kokomo Suites for work. Just needed one night. It serviced its purpose but the spiders, TV quality, decor an I reserved an upper level room and git ground level. I keep seeing spiders in my room. The TV quality was poor. The front desk staff.
