Fair The room was ok but my sister has Parkinson's and to have her walk up to the 3rd floor and carrying our own luggage was very painful for her. I should have looked closer at the website. We opened the door to the balcony and got locked out because the door closed behind us. Luckily someone was in the room with us and let us back in. Then the door to the balcony would not lock. Easy beach location, dirty rooms. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The kitchenette was really dirty and the floor just felt dusty/dirty. The pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. There were people outside yelling at midnight which was just annoying- but hard to change since that is not the hotel's fault. I would definitely stay again The water was brown. And the floor was very slippery The staff was very friendly and helpful
This hotel was of convenience for what I needed it for, but overall was not worth it. TV was not yet turned on or programmed for the Wi-Fi, which was nowhere for me to find. Phone in room didn't work and had to go to office to get it and he seemed to not want to provide it. Steps were very steep and hard to walk on. Staff was not trained before we arrived, so he needed extra help, and manager was really rude about helping him.
