Unfortunately, our most recent visit under the new management was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Terrible management Management was absolutely terrible paid cash deposit then they said at check out time that there general manager was asleep so they couldn’t give me it, then they gave me $100 out the $150 and said they’d mail the rest, ac unit is right next to front door rooms are always hot Room was good sized
Fair NOT ENOUGH PARKING. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET TOWELS, STAFF KEPT SAYING THERE WERE NO EXTRA TOWELS. AC SUCKED! DID NOT COOL ROOM ENOUGH. VERY CLOSE TO BEACH

Fair They need a dumpster it was trash bags by the bottom steps to get to the 2nd level.. The room had old fries under the table. No iron and ironing board.. The 1st car was charged $10 a night, a 2nd car for the room, we were told $30 a night then changed to $14. We found free parking on the street. A police officer explained the on street parking and overnight rules, which was helpful. Fair Steps are crazy. Might as well climb up a ladder. They were straight up. People smoking their weed on the porch right beside the swimming pool, 2nd hand smoke blowing all over the kids. I could care less about weed smoking, but why around the kids? Air conditioning units could use an upgrade. We bought a fan to help circulate. Pool was nice. Location was nice. Pretty clean. Stay was not positive. Will not stay in June. Property was very loud late at night. Allowing guest to be disrespectful and disruptive,loud all night. No not quiet security. People banging on my doors late into the night.
