Absolutely horrible. The floors were so dirty my feet turned black within 10 minutes of being in the hotel room. Upon walking in the room smells like mold and mildew. Everything in the room feels damp, the sheets in the bed had black curly hair in them. There were brown stains in the bathroom on the walls, under the sink had leaking water stains on the walls and tile. Never again It could have been cleaned better smelled like animals and the bathroom smelled like urine. The sheets were stained. Kids were scared to swim in pool because of the adults getting rowdy and very loud. This hotle is not for families. The location to the beach was very convenient. The little bacony was nice. I cannot say anything else nice about this location

Nice area close to the beach but not very nice at all. No elevators and the steps are awful not even the walking part the steps were so narrow and short. When you have toddlers it’s very scary. It was very close to the beach
Do not stay with them if you have small children or elderly During my stay at the suite, I was most disappointed. We could not use the balcony at night due the loud disturbance of other guest and the smell of marijuana. I booked the room due to it being next to the beach, which was a reprieve on my grandmother but the steps were very steep and unsafe for her and my small child. I do not recommend nor will I stay at this property again Did not receive daily room service as far as cleaning of the room, changing bed linens, etc. I also had to keep tracking staff down daily to verbally request clean towels and washcloths. They would take the dirty ones out of the room every day but never replace them with clean ones. My stay was from 7/15-7/19 and I had my room cleaned once during that stay and it was only because on 7/18 I complained about the garbage never being taken out yet.
