Didn’t feel comfortable staying here with it being so dirty The stairwells stink, my roof was leaking in my room, bathroom smelled like urine and shower has hair in it just doesn’t look or feel clean The location

Enjoyed the beach & Not breaking bank. Place dirty inside and out. Bring cleaning supplies & linens the outside of the facility and inside was very dirty. the sheets and towels were old and stained. Very close to the beach. Overall staff were as attentive as they could be. You can't beat the price.

Bad Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience — Avoid Until Management Changes My family and I have been visiting Ocean City for years and have stayed at The Kokomo multiple times without issue. Unfortunately, our most recent visit under the new management was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. Terrible management Management was absolutely terrible paid cash deposit then they said at check out time that there general manager was asleep so they couldn’t give me it, then they gave me $100 out the $150 and said they’d mail the rest, ac unit is right next to front door rooms are always hot Room was good sized
Fair NOT ENOUGH PARKING. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET TOWELS, STAFF KEPT SAYING THERE WERE NO EXTRA TOWELS. AC SUCKED! DID NOT COOL ROOM ENOUGH. VERY CLOSE TO BEACH

Fair They need a dumpster it was trash bags by the bottom steps to get to the 2nd level.. The room had old fries under the table. No iron and ironing board.. The 1st car was charged $10 a night, a 2nd car for the room, we were told $30 a night then changed to $14. We found free parking on the street. A police officer explained the on street parking and overnight rules, which was helpful.
