I feel like staff should check up on their rooms more often while being there The staff (housekeeping ) did not acknowledge the sign I put on the door for housekeeping while me and my family were out of the room so we never got clean towels or rags until late at night on our last night there It was not that far of a walk to the beach, great location for the beach
Loved all but pool was closed Pool was closed 2 days. Wanted discount and was told no. Closeness to pool and the manager was amazing through a terrible experience (not hotel related)
Wish pool would have stayed open... The pool was down for 2 days for a failed inspection. The reasoning for failure were not things harmful to us and we should have been allowed to swim while they cleaned up around the pool. Also pool inspector didn't show in the morning causing a second day. Should have received discount! They worked all night to get pool ready and we still couldn't swim. I wouldn’t return Pool wasn’t clean, they had to close the pool a full day. My kids were super disappointed
Bad The smell in the room was overwhelming in a bad way flies in the bathroom pillow was dirty on bed with no pillow case, ended up leaving properly to stay in another hotel that was way better Nothing
Overall the stay was subpar. Highlight of the unit was its pool yet overshadowed by being over crowded with guests. The Staff over charging for parking. $150 for my 3-4 day stay rather than the listed $10 a day. Multiple non pass vehicles parking in hotel spaces. Room was not completely clean when we arrived. Sheets were stained and sandy. Floor was not cleaned well. Very sandy on arrival. Patio door was damaged on arrival with the deadbolt not being functional, patio is at street level. Poor Air conditioners don't work well. Kitchen sink faucet broke 2 times. Room wasn't cleaned properly. There was still food in the fridge. They did not put a fitted sheet on one of the beds. I had to ask for one and do it myself. Took me hours to get towels because they were not brought to me while housekeeping was there earlier in the day. We needed a room for the day as we were passing by and it was okay. The floors of the room were still dirty, I love walking barefoot on most days so that was not a nice feeling to step on dirty floors you can feel the film. The furniture is old and beaten. The coffee table had a lot of air bubbles, paint was coming off, the bathroom is very outdated, the beds were not the most comfortable and the frame showed a lot so it wasn't appealing. It was good enough for the short visit we made and the reasons we were staying. I don’t think we will visit this propert Very small beds, sand all in the beds, balcony door barely shut & wouldn’t lock, tv / WiFi didn’t work. The closeness to the beach and the huge pool. Staff were VERY friendly! Even the maintenance and room cleaning lady were very nice.
