I will never book with Booking.com ever again Customer Service, Rooms dirty Nothing
Fair The property was okay needs updated. The baseboard was coming off in the room. The lamp was broke and the remote had no batteries or back to it. The floor was super sandy. Housekeeping doesn’t really clean while you stay and we had to keep asking for towels. The location was great.

Nice hotel, could use some minor upgrades, great location! They have tv’s in the room but they do not connect to the WiFi. So not sure why you would need it unless you’re taking a console to plug in maybe. The WiFi barely reached to our room so our phones wouldn’t even work to watch stuff at night. The stairs were a KILLER with little kids. I wish they kept a broom in the room to clean the sand up. And breakfast stated free for kids. Ok for party goers, not for families The stairs are incredibly steep, very dangerous. Although the staff is nice, I don’t think they care about the extreme noise. There were people hanging out and smoking in the stairways, loud people drinking and partying all outside of their rooms. We ended up leaving early and did not feel ok to stay the night.
