We will NOT be staying here, ever again. :( The room was *disgustingly* dirty. The pillows, silverware, cups, plates, bathroom floor, bed box springs, sand all over the floors…not a corner of the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival. When I asked for extra towels to clean the room myself, it took housekeeping over an hour to get them to us, delaying us going to dinner. The smell of weed everywhere was overwhelming. Not a family place but serves the purpose of sleeping Beach view is a joke- my beach view was 2 dumpsters. The bathrooms need to be updated. The air conditioning was sub par. The floor was filthy. The whole room smelled like marijuana The rooms were brightly painted

Bad Dirty rooms had mold in it, and the refrigerator was rusty, and the dirty stove did not work. I had to pay for parking and did not know about it before I went and booked. The manager was rude, etc. Nothing

Had I known I would have offered to correct your room or move you to another one. I am sorry you were unaware of the parking fees. They are listed on the reservation page on Booking. This is my first time staying here and last bathroom in bad shape ( water is not draining in the sink or tub) Location

Disappointing Our room was not clean when we arrived. We were told to hang a sign for room service which we did not have. Had to make 3 trips to front desk for toilet paper because once we got the sign 2 days later and then hung it on the door, our room still wasn't cleaned. We left without clean towels and trash being changed after 5 days. The pool and location to walk to the beach

Bad It wasn’t the cleanest place , room and bathroom smelled musty , the tub drains so slow so your standing in your shower water the entire shower .couldn’t get clean towels when needed , then when able to the next day the gave me an issue with how many I needed (6 for the 6 people in my room) , a housekeeper came in my room while I was out without permission and every time I bring it up I get ignored or the staff starts a new conversation.
