Bad My room smelled like mildew. The room was not cleaned during our stay and we had to beg for towels. In addition the phone in the room did not work at all. The refrigerator on the outside look like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The pool and close to the beach.

It was a convenient location. Easy to get in and off the property by car. There was no elevator. Quiet atmosphere

Ok, but aggravating stay Had to request towels 4 times and I ended up going down to the office the 4th time to get them. Our room had no shower curtain. Also requested 4 times and never got one. Hard to take a shower without a curtain to keep water where it belongs. No elevator anywhere. I hurt my knee pretty badly and we were on the 3rd floor, so it was very difficult to get to our room and back downstairs plus we had a small child with us. Very Poor The hallways smelled like human pee. My booking was not there when I arrived, 30 mins later I was given a room. We left and went to another hotel.

Fair 30 mins to check in. Small bathroom with tiny sink. First room wasn’t clean. A lot of weed smoke. Friendly/helpful staff. Easy beach access. Nice pool

The room was very cute and in a good location but the overall stay was bad. The room was filthy. How dirty everything was The room was well designed

It was not great but it was okay Full service was not what we expected, they only changed the bedsheets, pillow cases and towels, did not clean anything else. Location was nice, beach was ok, room was good but it was not very clean when we came in.

Hotel was very nasty and they would not give money back The dishes and towels was dirty with stains the air conditioner was not blowing cool air also if you book through 3rd party you have to pay for parking and if hotel is full you have to park off property. They cleaned the pool before open it

Horrible hot air didn’t work everything was dirty the beds had hair everywhere Everything was bad my room was supposed to be ocean view they wouldn’t give me clean towels to shower because I didn’t let clean my room house keeping I would never recommend this place and will be giving bad review on google I’m still waiting on my refund & price wasn’t worth it I was charge the whole $1,089.15 and my paper bill said $400 something for one complete day at the property & I left my first night due to bad staff and the way we where ... read more
