I purchased my car from jba and my salesman was Harley he was attentive and answered every question I had . I was very pleased when I left there and will return for my next car there and gladly have Harley as my salesman .
I’m not the easiest customer because I have a LOT of questions, but (Jay) Harley took his time to answer each and every question I had-whether by phone or text message. His passion for his job is evident, and I look forward to working with him in the future. I have, and will definitely mention him to family and friends in the market. He even made sure the repairs I requested were made, and Lani was personable on every encounter. JBA, I hope you recognize Harley and Lani!
When I needed a car, Mr Harley made sure all my questions were answered and helped me find the car I was looking for. He is trustworthy and does his best to help those in need of a vehicle. I would recommend Mr Harley for his exceptional service.
Eric helped a lot when I bought my first car the other day. Though I bought a 2017 Mazda3 from JBA, I will definitely consider Infinity as my future choice because of the nice experience.
I went into JBA just to get the pricing on my vehicle. I was directed to Eric and he provided me with just what I asked for. He did not try and pressure me nor did he try and talk me into the car. When I narrowed my choice down to 2 dealers, JBA won my business because Eric was professional and personable. I would certainly recommend JBA and if one is fortunate to get Eric then that's a bonus.
I started service of my two Infinitis since last May. My experience at JBA service has been very pleasant and efficient. The staff are professional and pleasant. The service is prompt and efficient. Service on my cars including a wash are completed within about an hour. The waiting area is very nice.
JR continues to be the best service consultant I have ever dealt with (and I am 77 and owned at least 25 vehicles). He is a powerful multiplier for the JBA team.
I am never a fan of the car buying experience however David Dunn has restored my faith in the process. He was personable, honest and answered all of my questions without making me feel intimidated. I will absolutely recommend him to my friends. Honestly everyone made me feel at ease. Glad I decided to buy at JBA.
I have a great experience each time I visit Infiniti. Staff is always professional and polite. It's a pleasure dealing directly with JR my customer service rep. Overall outstanding service. Even down to checking out Tonya was great as well.
