I put my car for maintenance service. They called me for pick up, they had lost my car key and the papers. The mistake is acceptable but the way that they treated me was awkward! The manager Zac, was so rude to me. They didn’t even try to give me the reassurance! The advisor Moises, was just walking around and wasting my time.I had to follow him ridiculously to get a response but nobody was caring! The most awkward and awful service that I have ever had.
I have been a loyal patron of toyota. All our cars are purchased from findlay. My family has always been satisfied with its services not until my last maintenance visit. The service consultant did not even bother to meet me.Unlike my previous service consultant who explains everything to me, the recent just send me an email. Let me start off by saying this is by far the worst purchasing experience in my 50 years life. When I made a deposit ($500) ,we came to the agreement for $2,000 markup since I know how the market is these days,I had no choice but to agree with it. But if you are looking to buy tacoma without markup,please go to Longo toyota at El Monte,you will thank me later. Only place I found with $0 markup. We all have seen the commercial where the owner of Findlay says i will do anything to sell you a car. I believe him, but did not realize that being misled about the parameters of my negotiated deal was part of that equation. I am sure many people have had a great experience buying from this dealership. I was not one of them. I looked at a few cars and decided on a used car. We started to negotiate on the purchase. It took Findlay 22 days to make a simple repair to my RAV4 liftgate. After a week waiting for parts to come in they dropped the ball and forgot about the car for 2 weeks. So from diagnosis (which cost $74 in addition to the repair itself) to completion, more than 3 weeks.

Got the car back today and it's been fixed. Bottom line - It took Findlay 22 days to make a simple repair to my RAV4 liftgate. Tried to pull the bait and switch on a car order. Everyone knows cars salesman have a bad name. There are some good ones who are honest. This Gentleman is not, you can’t pull a bait and switch and take 12000 deposit after 3 months. I had all the documents and texts showing the costs and then a new document for an increase of 5000! Dealership tried to steal my tax credit when making a purchase. I told them I wanted 47k so they offered 44k + 3k in tax credit, as if somehow that belonged to them. They are a dirty bunch of thieves. Make sure you get your tax credit from any vehicle you trade in. These guys are sneaky crooks!
Hello I live in East Las Vegas rather close to another Toyota dealership I will not mention name that I've been going to since I bought vehicle I didn't like the changes they made since a new owner took over. So I made a big mistake and took it to Findlay toyota and Mr. Thomas Tran. it was ok until the person who drops off my car when everything was done didnt even say a word,,, he just got out of the car didnt even look for the owner just got out and left the car as soon as he parked...
