This family of dealerships never fails to come through in ways that are reminiscent of another bygone era. Ordered and received a ‘22 Tundra. There were mechanical problems from the onset. Corporate was telling us parts would be a couple months out. The dealership picked up the ball, ordered me another truck, with more features, at no additional cost to me and took the defective vehicle off my hands.
Anthony Perez helped me get my Wife 2018 Toyota Camry SE serviced yesterday morning, took 1 hour and got the car good job🤙🏽

So far don't see any leaks, all the fluids look clean and the mechanical parts I requested to be replaced appear to be new. "Went in for the free 15k service and had one issue with..." Went in for the free 15k service and had one issue with the radio. The service dept supposedly did an upgrade to solve the issue. The problem re-occurred on the drive home from the dealership. No fault of the service dept. Toyota just doesn't know how to fix it. The advisor did tell me that Toyota recommends a wheel alignment and tire balancing at 15k. I knew they were just trying to make some money because Toyota doesn't recommend it in the maintenance schedule.
