"Rude Salesman" Received a follow-up call from salesman (Joe) two days after shopping for a truck (went to Toyota because I had such a good experience with a 2006 Highlander). They did not have the truck I wanted so I looked elsewhere. Joe asked me how I was doing. When I told him that I bought a Nissan, and he asked why(?). I told him I found the truck I wanted, and that it was $5,000 less expensive than the Toyota counterpart. I also thanked his for his help a few days previous. " refuse to acknowledge a problem" Bought a brand new Prius front tire started wearing out. Replaced more than one dozen tires one side of the front of the car in less than 75,000 miles! Took it to dealership multiple times called Toyota. Toyota stated not a factory issue. Dealer would not help blamed issue on someone else. Took car to another dealership they found the problem and the car is fine now no more new tires
"Lied to and wasted my time" Some background: Looking to buy a 2015 Tundra Crewmax SR5. Did my research online, Consumer Reports, TrueCar, and Edmunds. TrueCar began my spam session with the dealers, but I was prepared for it. Also had financing, trade-in appraisal, and down payment all lined up. "No customer loyalty" After buying many cars at this dealership I discovered the deals were only fair to poor and trade in appraisals were on the low side. You may wonder that if this is the case ,why did I buy/lease so many cars from this dealership? I made the mistake of trusting them. "No integrity and zero customer respect" Every negative thing you have heard about car dealerships, you will encounter at Findlay Toyota of Henderson. I do have to start out by saying that this is partially my fault for not printing out the offer and description of the vehicle before going in. "Lied to will never return" My experience here was one of the worst. At first I thought it was to good to be true I signed the papers and off I went with a brand new car. "Horrible Experience" I'm so disappointed in my experience at Findlay Toyota. I went there three times and interacted with some internet sales people. The first time I visited the dealership, it wasn't bad. After the first time though, every experience and interaction got worse. "Terrible experience" Having purchased over 10 cars, mostly new, in my my lifetime, I am not naive about how to proceed in a car dealership. "When I arrived at the dealership my GF and I had separate..." When I arrived at the dealership my GF and I had separate vehicies. Two salesman were at my door before I got out with one more in the back of my truck and one at my GF's door. I told them I was looking around and would let them know if I need help.
