"Used lemon" Fonda wasnt the real problem Adrian Cardenas he lied about the condition of the car, They put us in a car for two weeks and the said bank didnt approve and we were put in car with a million problems. Dont go there if you have bad credit your the bottom of the barrel and treated like xxxx.

"Horrible " They low ball offer you on your trade the salesman are rude if you owe more then your cars worth the sales man told me if I would have known that I would have never had you come down to the dealership even called the customer relations manager and never got a call back

"Liars" Had vibrations through steering wheel during hard braking in a turn they told me warped rotors which would make sense but it only had 8000 miles on truck. So they said they turned the rotors . Upon inspection they hadn't but swore they had. Anyone who has rotors turned knows what they look like. The only good thing is the work they didnt do wasnt out of pocket. NO JOKE.

"Fluctuating Prices..." I have been a customer of Findlay Toyota's for over two years. I am at a point where my Toyota only needs maintenance every six months or so.... I have always tried to use a TOYOTA coupon when available and my service goes down to about $60. I have notice though, that the service price fluctuates depending on the service writer. Sometimes it's as the coupon state's ($56.95 including all shop fees, plus tax) , which comes out to a little under $60 dollars. Most times, I don't bother with a dollar or so... read more
"Bad company I've ever seen " No phone call no response and scam people to go down by using the third party to bring you down there and rejected and putting you in a lot of inquiries though it couldn't approve. The. You will see bunch of inquiries will show on your report Don't go to this company if this company it's the last destination for you. I wouldn't recommend it The finade guys are rude when you have low credit, I went there 2 -3 times still didn't get approve.
"Don't let them screw you " I went in for my first service and was pleased to be offered a car wash. I was then notified I had unremarkable a nail in the side wall of a tire with less than 5000 miles on it and it would be $300 for a new tire. After seeing that the nail was 2" from side wall I realized they were trying to rip me off. If I hadn't signed this service contract I would have nothing to do with them. "Dishonest, Manipulative Dealership" Called MJ prior to going to dealership because I had questions about a 2016 Tundra they had listed as a new truck (this is April of 2017). He told me to "just come down". I asked him to please check and see what the story was on the truck, and why it was listed as new, and if I could get a better deal than on a 2017. "No customer service or salesmanship skills" I talked to Rudy. Rudy could not even remember what vehicle I wanted to buy after several phone calls and emails. I was trying to buy a new Truck and Rudy couldn't even take the time to try and help. Once he even told me they had a vehicle matching the description I wanted to purchase so I rearranged my whole day to go there. I thought it was odd that I didn't see it online but Rudy assured me it was there. After driving all the way there to see it...it was sold...had been sold...... read more
