It has been almost a month and my trade has NOT been paid off, and my new lease has NOT been funded. I have been incredibly patient on waiting for the funding to go through. I was asked today to put another payment on the car. This is a "yo-yo" scam. This has been beyond stressful and I am very disappointed with Toyota. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

"Very offensive. When I asked about some figures in the..." Very offensive. When I asked about some figures in the Bill of Sale before going to finance for the official loan docs, he told me, "It was never that price." When in actuality, I was just confirming the terms again with the factory rebate. During negotiations, I said, "I know you can take that off (dealer accessory charges), and Michael responded, "You don't know anything." I get it. "Service department " Not very happy with the service department. I took my truck in for 10 K service with appointments they kept me there for 2 .1/2 hours. Also I bought the truck here new drivers window tent was defected they replaced it and still has bubbles now I have to waste more time for them to fix it when it should’ve got fixed the first time
"Poor Experience. Go somewhere else" Visited to help my girlfriend get a new Rav4. This is not our first car buying experience, and we had visited several other local Vegas dealerships including Honda, ABC Hyundai and Autonation Toyota before coming in (by the way). I felt the salesmen we worked with were stereotypical car salesman that you see on tv. "I bought from them before and now I regret it." I am in the market for a new RAV4 and went to Findlay to get a good deal. We went back to the same salesman and explained our needs. We drove a couple different vehicles and stated we wanted the best price for our new purchase. We were quoted 32000. We went to two different dealerships with the same needs and were quoted 3 grand less. When we contacted "David" a manager, he said compare apple to apples and blew us off. "Bad experience " Was lied to about price of car, tried to over charge me 2000 dollars more than listed price. Then he tried to make me pay for damage to the vehicle they said they would fix no charge. On top of that i never took possession of car and the manager said he would refund me my down payment on a certain day and failed to do so. Very disappointed, won’t be going here again.
