Estimated time of delivery was way longer than expected. Weird thing when a ride home is accepted, I get called back way earlier but when waiting for my vehicle, almost double the wait time. Price was the highest I’ve paid for a synthetic oil change in a while. My current local service center is offering this same service for $40 off your price. Larry Miller Toyota of Surprise for reference: their March madness oil change special. Your service advisor offered 10% off your price.

I only had personal interaction with Tony & Daniel who transported my vehicle to Findlay & back to my home. They were great, A+. My only other contact was by telephone with Xavier.
