Friendly, courteous, positive and very helpful with all of my questions! Finished the service fast and efficiently and under the time he predicted! He was even able to find us quickly (in the huge dealership) and let us know the car was ready to go! He was also reassuring that my car is safe and good to go! Fast, friendly and fantastic, would highly recommend!!
