Aaron is a great salesman. He was very helpful in getting me in a nice car with reasonable payments. The whole process was great. Great attitude and very courteous. He knows his business. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

I arrived at 1:45 for my appointment. I was screaming immediately. The car was taken back quickly. I was promised completion by 3:15 PM. At 3:40 PM I went to the cashier and she Located my service rep. He had somehow put my ticket in the wrong place. So no one notified me that it was ready. I was not happy at that time When I got in the car, I noticed that it had not been washed. The Service center is outstanding! Phill C. my service advisor went beyond and above helping me showing up at 3:15 with a battery light. My vehicle was diagnosed with a bad alternator. The part changed and my vehicle returned to me at 5:15. I didn't expect to get my vehicle back until the following day.

Service Advisor and department is awesome. Don't like the constant, unsolicited pressure to upgrade my car (with cars you don't even have in stock) by random sales agents.
