Friendly, clean, "family" feeling, supportive. The sales representative, Jose, was very helpful and not pushy, which is why my fiancé and I chose to buy our vehicle from Findlay.
The service was good, the person that took care of us just didn’t seem to be engaging or enthusiastic at all.
Thank you Jamie for your A-1 customer service and keeping me updated on finding the reason my check engine light was on. I was very pleased that you provided me with a round trip Uber free of charge. A loose ground wire was found and I was only charged for the diagnosis. I am thrilled I did not have to buy a new ECM. I will definitely be bringing my 2007 Toyota Camry back to Findlay Toyota.

Xavier was very courteous and professional; attended to my request very promptly. Gave me early feedback on the time my tire would be replaced - offered Uber services to and from so I would not have to sit and wait, and accommodated my request to be picked up after work so I didn't have to miss hours. Totally great service.
Since day 1 which was in March I’ve had the best customer service starting with Eddie and then also with Rick. I went in on Monday for a tire change and Kyle realized I was almost at my 10,000 mile service and he took care of that as well. He made a quote over the phone, it ended up being a little higher but in the end I got the quote he gave over the phone! I have had a fabulous experience with the staff at Toyota!!

I have been with Findlay Toyota since 2008. Very pleased with Will collier and staff. My 2019 C-HR is my third purchase could not be happier with the quality of care they provide.
Took about 3 hours to remedy the recall issue. No cost to me and I received a free car wash coupon for the inconvenience. Service person, Aimee was excellent in keeping me updated and scheduling the service.
