Phil Crabtree has been my service advisor for over 15 years and has been excellent since we first met, gives excellent service and I never feel like he has upcharged me or suggested something unnecessary. Very kind, very welcoming everybody there, I just didn’t like how I had an appointment at a certain time and I was there for three hours. Other than that, everything was good.
