Service advisor made a mistake when providing my initial repair estimate but after I pushed back my estimate was honored and my service work was completed. The supervisor was a bit rude trying to make me pay for their mistake. May consider taking my business elsewhere in the future.
The service department got us in quickly and replaced our battery. No problem on a holiday weekend. We were very pleased!
