Service was excellent because of your people (especially Maverik-who is fairly new) some suggestions--- Find a book called Customers for Life, probably out of print but find it and get copies for all employees. Written by the founder of the Cad. dealership in Dallas. TX. I'm an old guy so I was around, and knew some of their employees then. BUT stopping washing and vac. Plus treats, etc. is dumb. Dealership is clean, accommodating and offers complementary services. Service was prompt & straightforward. Advisor was knowledgeable.
Had an issue after a routine oil change. Service Manager Brian was phenomenal in addressing the issue. Had tow truck sent to my home to pick up car, oil change & filter, steam cleaned engine, reimbursed our cost for original service, & provided cleanup in the garage for oil spill. We have bought many cars & had service at Findlay… do so appreciate the prompt & caring approach! Thank you!!!
