Service was excellent because of your people (especially Maverik-who is fairly new) some suggestions--- Find a book called Customers for Life, probably out of print but find it and get copies for all employees. Written by the founder of the Cad. dealership in Dallas. TX. I'm an old guy so I was around, and knew some of their employees then. BUT stopping washing and vac. Plus treats, etc. is dumb.
