Friendly service representative used a new automated procedure to intake me at my car, not needing to use his work station. Services on my car were completed ahead of schedule. The service representative handled payment, eliminating standing in line at the cashier. Overall a great service experience!
Jamie Falcone, is the best Service Technician in the world. As an old mechanic, I know. His ability to thoroughly isolate a problem, thoughts on service solutions. His patience, expertise, thought process, deduction of circumstances and exact timetables are a credit to Findlay Toyota. Although Ethan isn't my usual service advisor he was very helpful. He made sure we were updated on the status of the tire and warranty. :)
Service was fine and staff was very friendly. My only complaint was there were greasy hand prints inside my door and on my steering handle and it got on my clothes. I would just like to see more care taken to avoid this but otherwise everything was good.
We came in last month without an appointment to have a turn signal light bulb replaced and John Wong expedited the process. He has helped us several times in the past and is an outstanding employee.
Meilad was great with helping to facilitate a lease as i was moving from hawaii to vegas. he even had an uber pick me up at the airport to bring me straight to the dealership so i can pick up my car. 💯👍
