I have been with Findlay Toyota since 2008. Very pleased with Will collier and staff. My 2019 C-HR is my third purchase could not be happier with the quality of care they provide.
Took about 3 hours to remedy the recall issue. No cost to me and I received a free car wash coupon for the inconvenience. Service person, Aimee was excellent in keeping me updated and scheduling the service.
The check-in was easy and our advisor, Aimee, was great! I really appreciate the free uber transportation!
Great waiting area and snack bar. Its very comfortable waiting there for your car to get work done.
Tommy was amazing from the beginning when I first called in for the availability of a truck! He really guided me through the process and made sure he put me in the best possible position to buy the truck. Would definitely recommend this dealership a million times and definitely try to work with Tommy when shopping!

They are nice people but you have to take vehicles in many times for a true resolution of your issue.
