They don’t do markups on vehicles. That’s a bonus. But they make up for it in other areas. (Trade ins, added features, Interest rates) Still a 5 star rating though. Very open, plenty of seating, free amenities while you wait. Transparent work stations meaning you can see computer monitors while discussing your service.
Service department is excellent. It's easy to make an appointment when you want it and the service reps are all very friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Even though there was a delay in ordering a part, I was kept informed of the expected delivery and completion of my service. I was also given a free loaner for the delay. I highly recommend Findlay Toyota.
